MCRSP to Host the 2019 NARR Best Practices Conference
Presented by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences
The 2019 Best Practices Summit is dedicated exclusively to sharing and promoting the best practices in the operation of recovery residences/recovery house. This This dynamic 3-day event is dedicated entirely to best practices in the operation of recovery residences/housing. Whether you are an experienced or an emerging recovery housing provider, the event is for you. Filled with dynamic speakers, cutting edge information and the opportunity to network with housing providers from all over the nation, this event isn't one that you will want to miss.
Online registration for the conference is now open.
The cost for registration is $450 per person, and the cost for members of a NARR Affiliate is $395.*
*Missouri Affiliate Members: If you would like to register for the conference at the NARR Affiliate rate, you will need a coupon code with your registration. The requesting organization will be provided the code and will be responsible for using it only for their organizational employees/volunteers or residents/clients. The code is applied on the registration site and when entered will allow for the registrant to pay the discounted price.

Criteria: The preference is that all scholarships be prioritized for house managers, assistant house managers, and those staff/residents playing a role in the management and support of the recovery house. Recovery Housing organizations will be ask to affirm that this preference was applied in their selection of recipients for the scholarships.
Based on the current available funding we are offering 45 scholarships using the discounted registration level of $395.Each of the current 22 recovery housing organizations with three or fewer MCRSP/NARR accredited recovery houses will receive one registration scholarship.Each of the 8 organizations with more than 3 MCRSP/NARR accredited houses will receive an addition one registration scholarship. The remaining initial registration scholarships and any additional scholarship funds that become available will be made available for the MCRSP Executive Board to assign at their discretion to other MCRSP associated organizations.
To receive the allocated scholarship code(s) organizations will be required to: (1) Select in advance the recipient of their registration scholarship(s) for the conference; (2) Send an email to the MCRSP Staff by clicking here.
The scholarship code will then be provided to the organization for that specific person(s) only. The identified person is to enter the code when registering on the NARR registration site. With this code they will not be required to pay for the registration.
